Here at The Low Country Barbershop, we want to make sure that our clients get in and out without wait.

how can you help

In the barbering industry, most master barbers take pride in their timing for services and try to be as a punctual as possible, but they can’t do it alone. That’s why at The Low Country Barbershop, we ask that the clients please help us make every trip an experience with punctuality.

Our policy

Pooler traffic is very hectic however each client is granted a 10 minute grace period for their appointment. After 10 minutes the client will be considered LATE and will be treated as a walk in. All appointments are only 30 minutes in total to render services. Please be advised that if there are no available appointments to reschedule on the same day the client will have to rebook. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. For no call no shows ..NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Each client has up to 1 hour before arrival to either cancel or reschedule along with a notification text as a reminder. It is mandatory for all clients to arrive with dirt and grease free hair or you must receive a shampoo before service is rendered ($15 extra)…All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled from your mobile device via our scheduling app 24 hours a day at your convenience. Any abuse of the barbershop appointment policy could result in additional fees or appointment restrictions.. ANY AND ALL BOOKINGS OF AN APPOINTMENT CONSTITUTES THAT CLIENT AGREES AND ADHERE OF ALL THE ABOVE LISTED POLICIES
