There is a 10-minute grace period for all clients with schedules appointments. After 15 minutes and no communication with your barber prior to your appointment time, you will be considered a walk-in based on the barber’s availability. A fee of $15 additional to your service for a missed appointment with be assessed. This is non-negotiable. Pooler, GA traffic is hectic, so we ask our clients to please arrive 10-minutes prior to your appointment time. Please and we ask please allot some time for a shampoo, if your hair is full of grease, oil or gel products that can slow up your hair service. Shampoos are additional. The Lowcounty Barbershop encourages all clients to book all appointments via the online appointment app. All appointments not scheduled via the scheduling app with be treated as a walk-in. Please communicate with your barber as each master barber are controlling his/her own schedule. All cancellations must be at least 1 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid being accessed cancellation fee(s). We ask that when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment to PLEASE do not book the new appointment until your have cancelled the first one without double booking. All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled from your mobile device via our scheduling app 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, at your convenience. Any abuse of the barbershop appointment policy could result in additional fees or appointment restrictions. This may include but is not limited to refusal to provide services or entering the barbershop, which could offset the vibe of the barbershop. Any and all booking of an appointment(s) constitutes that you agree and adhere to all of the above listed policies.
